Sponsorship

At Dao Tien, our work with endangered primates is only possible through the generous and amazing support from you, the public.  This continued support is essential for feeding and caring for the animals at Dao Tien, and being able to monitor the release of primates, introduced back into the forest.

If you are interested in supporting these activities at Dao Tien, then it is now possible to sponsor the primates being rehabilitated.  This is a brilliant way to not only support our work, but to find out lots more about these endangered animals and the progress of your chosen individual.

Sponsorship support is invaluable to the work at Dao Tien and your contributions really make a difference to the lives of our animals and the local staff employed to look after them.

How To Sponsor a Primate at Dao Tien - From Rescue to Release!
 

  • Our Dao Tien Sponsorship Packages last for one year.  You can choose to renew your sponsorship on a yearly basis.
  • There are a range of packages listed below, targeted at individuals, school groups or corporate organisations.
  • If you are interested in sponsoring a primate at Dao Tien, please select which animal(s) you would like to support and the package you are interested in,
  • If you wish for an update of your sponsored primate at any time, please contact Sue at support@go-east.org and she will contact the Dao Tien team straight away for details.
  • Please note:  All our primates are confiscated from the illegal trade in Vietnam, some will be suitable for release quickly, while others will take longer depending on age, health and social skills.  Sadly some of the animlas at Dao Tien will not be fit for release and will therefore be well cared for in captivity.
 
Sponsorship Packages (Prices are based on sponsorship for one year)
  
Packages for individual sponsors:
 
  • Adult Sponsors: £30
  • Child Sponsors (16yrs and under): £20

  These packages include:
 
  • A beautiful and uniue photo-card about your sponsored primate.  This provides a photograph, background on your chosen animal and their rehabilitaiton story so far.
  • Updates on your chosen individual, so you can track his/her rehabilitation and progress back to the forest.
  • A personalised A5 sponsorship certificate.
  • A choice of either an EAST key ring or wristband.
  • A fun educational activity (child package only).
  
School Package: £50 (also available for other educational groups e.g. Brownies and Scouts)

In this package, the class will receive:
 
  • A beautiful and unique photo-card about your sponsored primate.  This provides background on your chosen animal and their rehabilitation story so far.
  • Termly updates on your chosen individual, so you can track his/her rehabilitation and progress back to the forest.
  • A personalised A5 sponsorship certificate for the class.
  • A CD-ROM including a presentation about EAST and the animals at Dao Tien.
  • Poster displaying the work of EAST.
  • Educational activity on your sponsored individual.
  • A choice of either 20 key rings or 20 wristbands for the group.  There is the option to purchase additional items for only 20 pence each.
  
Corporate Package: £500

In this package, your organisation will receive:
 
  • The option to have your corporate logo displayed on our web page.
  • A beautiful and unique photo-card about your sponsored primates.  This provides background on your chosen animal and their rehabilitationstory so far.
  • Updates on your chosen individual, so you can track his/her rehabilitaiton and progress back to the forest.
  • A personalised A5 sponsorship certificate for your organisation.
  • A choice of either 20 EAST key rings or wristbands.
